When the service court is open

We publish hours we keep — updated on the door, this site and our ticket stub row whenever a public holiday or a supply run changes the schedule. A café that prints "Pro" on its ticket board should not leave guests guessing whether the shutter is actually down.

Last espresso ticket goes in thirty minutes before close, and the batch filter urn is switched off at the same time. The pastry stub board clears when sold out — often by 11:00 on Saturdays, since weekend baking runs are smaller than weekday delivery batches.

Our bar reset window — grinder recalibrated, good time for filter questions or a slower conversation with staff.

Quiet service lane most weekdays, though Friday afternoons can pick up with guests dropping by after work.

When three or more tickets stack at once, milk-based drinks queue behind straight espresso pulls, and we call out realistic wait times rather than let a ticket sit silently. A grind adjustment mid-shift may pause the lane for a minute while the bar corrects extraction — we would rather pause briefly than serve an under-dialled shot.

Wholesale bean pickup is available Tuesday and Thursday, 15:00–16:00, by appointment only; walk-in wholesale pickup outside that window cannot be guaranteed.

CafePro is a walk-in coffee shop; we do not operate table booking for standard seating, though catering and wholesale timing can be arranged in advance through our contact page.

Public holidays and unplanned closures

Public holiday hours are posted on our door and on the ticket stub row of this website at least a few days in advance where possible; we do not disappear behind a shutter without warning. On the rare occasion we close for an unplanned reason — a supply delay affecting our roast, or equipment maintenance that cannot wait — we post a notice on the door and, where time allows, update this page.

If you are travelling any distance specifically for CafePro, a quick call to +65 6975 3948 on the day is the most reliable way to confirm we are open before you set off. Specialty coffee service depends on more than just unlocking the door — grind calibration, milk texture and filter batches all need a short warm-up before the bar is ready for guests, which is why our posted opening time is when service actually begins, not simply when the lights come on.
